This Privacy Policy applies to the MAZEX game (hereby referred to as "Game") for mobile devices, created by Webry Technologies (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. MAZEX is designed as a cognitive enhancement tool aimed at improving the user's brain's cognitive power through interactive puzzles.

            Service Model: This service is intended for use "AS IS". MAZEX is a standalone gaming experience and does not require the user to create an account or provide registration details to access the core gameplay.
        

1. Information Collection and Use

The Game collects certain technical data when you download and play. This is essential for maintaining game stability and providing a functional user experience.

Device Information: Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), operating system, and hardware identifiers.
Usage Statistics: The specific game levels visited, the time and date of play sessions, and total duration spent within the Game.
Game Progress: We utilize cookies and local storage to save your game progress, settings, and high scores directly on your device.

The Game does not gather precise information about the geographical location of your mobile device. Furthermore, the Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data or automate decision-making regarding your behavior.

2. Third-Party Access and Advertising

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Game. The Game utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling:

3. Data Retention and Opt-Out Rights

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Game and for a reasonable time thereafter. Since MAZEX saves progress locally via cookies, you may reset or delete your data by clearing the Game's cache or uninstalling the Game.

Opt-Out: You can stop all collection of information by the Game easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

4. Children's Privacy

MAZEX does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. 5. Security

We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the limited data processed and maintained within the Game environment.

6. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating the Privacy Policy page within the Game. Continued use of the Game is deemed approval of all changes.
